Questo fine settimana (18 e 19 Novembre) decidiamo di partire con amici per un camping nel deserto. Roba vera, completamente amatoriale e niente Alpitur. Alla guida del gruppo due miei colleghi 'locals' al 100%.

Iniziamo i post sull'avventura nel deserto intorno a Ryadh con questa bell'immagine presa proprio dalla fine del viaggio: siamo appena stati 'cacciati' dal bar della lussuosissima stazione di servizio perchè non provvisto della zona 'per famiglie'. Il caffè decidiamo di bercelo in macchina. All'uscita troviamo il sistema di autolavaggio in piena attività...

This weekend, 18 and 19 November, we went camping in the desert along with some friends. Real life, no travel agency involved here. Two colleague of mine, 100% locals were leading us.

This is the first post about our adventure in the desert around Ryadh and I start with a nice shot taken right from the very last end of the trip: we just had to move out of a bar at the gas station because there's no 'Family zone'. No issue: we decide to have our coffee in the car. Outside the bar we have an example of the car-wash during it's peak.
